4.2 Leverage

Leverage allows you to trade with a larger position size than your account balance. While leverage can amplify profits, it also increases the risk of losses. You should use leverage responsibly and understand the risks involved.

4.3 Market Hours

Trading is available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week for forex markets. Other markets may have different trading hours. We reserve the right to suspend trading during market holidays or exceptional circumstances.

4.4 Orders

You may place various types of orders including market orders, limit orders, and stop orders. All orders are subject to our execution policies and market conditions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your Account using various payment methods including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our withdrawal policy. Withdrawals must be made to accounts in your name. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.

5.3 Fees

We may charge fees for certain transactions. All applicable fees are disclosed in our fee schedule, which is available on our website.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Client

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request. All open positions must be closed before account closure.

9.2 Termination by TransXmarket

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all open positions may be closed, and any remaining balance will be returned to you in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Lucia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of St. Lucia.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
